PALM TREE CLEANING

We are experts in pruning palm trees on Mallorca and we also prune the tops of trees. Today palm trees are pruned for the sake of safety, cleanliness, beauty and health. In their wild state, palm trees do not need to be pruned to survive, but when they are planted in our parks and gardens, they require regular maintenance. The more green leaves the palm tree has, the higher the photosynthetic capacity it has and therefore the more nutrients it produces.

PALM TREE PRUNING

For the Phoenix cannariensis and Phoenix dactylifera varieties we use a palm tree knife to shave the trunk and we trim the leaves to leave them bullet-shaped. On Washingtonias we do ring pruning. Our work is clean and professional, and we use climbing techniques that do not damage the palm trees. We provide a service to remove the pruning and felling for composting or incineration, depending on the protocols of the Regional Ministry of the Environment should the palm tree be affected by the red palm weevil.
